One of the great aspects of the eXp model is its sponsorship program.  eXp pays a percentage of its 20% broker commissions split to sponsors allowing them to provide services and benefits to their sponsorees.. NOTE: if you are already an eXp agent with a sponsor other than Tim, eXp does not currently allow you to switch sponsors.

Joining is simple. First, you fill out an online application to join eXp, pay a $149 processing fee* and transfer your license to eXp Realty.
