Tim Huddleston
The Elite Agent 365 Network was developed by Tim Huddleston, a Realtor®, Certified Mentor, and Associate Broker with eXp Realty. For the last 16 years, he has been actively engaged in real estate as an investor, closings signing agent, note broker, rehabber and related real estate activities.
Prior to pursuing real estate full-time, Tim spent over 26 years in the aerospace industry as a public policy expert, serving as an advocate and power negotiator on behalf of the aerospace industry at the highest levels. He worked extensively to advance aerospace in the education, government, industry, and nonprofit sectors, serving in positions such as an aerospace education specialist with the U.S. Air Force, the Governor's Advisor for Aerospace Affairs in Alabama, director of the Aerospace Development Center at Jacksonville State University, CEO of Talon Aerospace, policy consultant for the space-access industry, and lecturer on the future of space development and the emerging space economy on the university lecture circuit.
In 2019, Tim retired from the aerospace world and began focusing full-time on real estate. While he still conducts occasional lectures on aerospace and public speaking engagements, he is now a full-time full-service Realtor®, mentor and instructor.
Tim is a certified John C. Maxwell leadership coach and an accomplished motivational speaker, often speaking at conferences and fundraising events for nonprofits. He has also appeared in several TV and movie productions as a background actor, including She-Hulk, Cobra Kai, Doom Patrol, The Devil All the Time, The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Double Down South, The Game, Lilly, The Resident, and others.

How much does it cost to join the Elite Agent 365 Network?
Nothing! Membership in Elite Agent 365 is free to agents who join eXp Realty and designate Tim Huddleston as their sponsor. How is this possible? One of the great aspects of the eXp model is its sponsorship program. eXp pays a percentage of its 20% broker commissions split to sponsors allowing them to provide services and benefits to their sponsorees.. NOTE: if you are already an eXp agent with a sponsor other than Tim, eXp does not currently allow you to switch sponsors.
How do I join?
Joining is simple. First, you fill out an online application to join eXp, pay a $149 processing fee* and transfer your license to eXp Realty. Second, during the application process, you will be asked to designate your sponsor. Choosing Tim Huddleston will automatically make you a member of the Elite Agent 365 Network. There is no fee to join the Elite Agent 365 Network.
* After your first closing, Elite Agent 365 will refund your $149 eXp processing fee.
Is the training also free?
Elite Agent 365 provides training to its member agents free of charge. Also, eXp provides a multitude of free training programs through eXp University. The eXp University is the most innovative university on the planet! 80+ weekly, live classes are taught by top- producing eXp agents who share strategies, systems and scripts to help you achieve success in today’s real estate market.
